The purpose of this group is to foster sangha in the Triangle NC area; to share presence and the already awakened nature of our existence.  We share information about local gatherings, satsangs and retreats.  The Sanskrit word "satsang" means "being in the presence of truth".  The Sanskrit word "sangha" means the community of those who recognize their true nature. This group is intended to provide support for seekers of Enlightenment in the tradition of yoga and Buddhism.  Meditation is an important tool in the quest for Enlightenment.  We provide a weekly opportunity to meditate in a group setting.
