Eckhart Tolle Silent Group This monthly gathering takes place at The Inner Garden (www.theinnergarden.ca) in downtown Toronto. Our group follows Eckhart's recommendations to begin with 10-20 minutes of silence, followed by 1 to 1 1/2 hours of Eckhart Tolle audio or visual recording and concluding with an additional 10-20 minutes of silent meditation.
