This group is for experienced and inexperienced seekers who enjoy learning and experiencing deeper states of relaxation, inner awareness and discovery or who enjoy meeting others with an interest in spirituality. Meets will be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis to explore different forms of meditation, mindfulness and a sampling of techniques. Format: 1/2 hour meditation and 20 minute debrief.  Meeting locations will alternate between Colwood/Langford/View Royal and Victoria/Saanich etc.
